    Deformation Type of Aging

    Key Signs:
    • The face “sags” downward, pronounced nasolabial folds and jowls appear
    • The jawline and neck start to merge
    • Swelling and lymphatic stagnation—face appears puffy in the morning and improves by evening
    • Abnormally pronounced platysma (neck muscle)

    Who Is Prone?
    More common in people with pronounced subcutaneous fat and a tendency to swelling.

    What to Do?
    ✅ Botox in the platysma (Nefertiti lift) – start at 25 for prevention
    ✅ Lipolytics – 2 courses per year (3-6 procedures each)

    🚫 Avoid! Hyaluronic acid fillers in the cheekbones

    Tired Type of Aging

    Key Signs:
    • Deepening of the cheek groove—first sign of aging
    • The face “deflates,” tissues become thinner, contours lose definition
    • In the morning, the face looks good, but by evening it appears tired and sunken
    • Prone to swelling, may develop malar bags

    What to Do?
    ✅ Be cautious with fillers—swelling tendency can cause delayed puffiness
    ✅ Choose techniques focused on strengthening tissues rather than filling them

    Muscular Type of Aging

    Key Signs:
    • Skin remains firm, but deep wrinkles appear actively
    • Many expression wrinkles due to high muscle activity
    • First wrinkles appear in the glabella (between eyebrows) and crow’s feet
    • Jawline remains defined, but subcutaneous fat volume decreases over time
    • Corners of eyes and lips start to droop

    More common in men, but also in women (e.g., face fitness trainers).

    What to Do?
    Botox – start early to prevent expression wrinkles
    Calcium hydroxyapatite – strengthens facial muscles and prevents sagging
    Injections in cheek muscles (McGregor patch and cheek groove)

    Fine-Wrinkled Type of Aging
